Learning how to stretch properly and strengthen your muscles is an important part of assisting your body in its natural healing process. Yoga is a great way to get in shape and strengthen important muscle groups. To enhance your chiropractic care we are offering Yoga classes for individuals that want to get into shape, strengthen spinal and core muscles, and reduce stress! We have partnered with Yoga instructor Nadine Randell and owner of Yoga Mighty to offer you customized instruction no matter what your fitness level may be! Our first class will be held January 25th at 6:00PM here at our office. Bring a towel, water, and a yoga mat if you have one. If you don't we will have some for sale. Class is $10/person.
