You show up with your goodies and groceries and we make 10 freezer meals and provide the directions on how to cook them! Couldn't be any easier!

4. Chicken Fajita Salad
5. Cilantro-Avocado Turkey Burgers
6. Coconut Crusted Chicken Strips
7. Easy Meatballs
8. Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Fig Relish
9. Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas
10. Ultimate Steak with Balsamic Vegetables
If you don't like one of these meals I will find a substitute for something else you can make!
Seating is limited!! Must register by January 8th! Cost for items for workshop will be $69.99 plus shipping and handling.
